You could get quite a few bridge cameras for that price, I doubt there's any DSLR's available. I'd shoot for a Canon G series, such as a G10 or G11. Functionality of a DSLR in a point and shoot. Or save up 5K more Rupees for an entry level model like Nikon D3000 or Canon Ti series.
The best dSLR is the Hasselblad H4D-60 but since all dSLR's are basically the same, none will be easy to use. If you know how to use one, you can use them all. Options? Go to http://bhphotovideo.com/ .

You dont have options at that price point
Canon EOS 1100D w/Canon 18-55mm IS Lens

so the only option would be to get your hands on a Canon EOS 1000D Kit (EFS 18-55)

though discontinued, still available with warranty backup
Canon 1100D - Rs.28-29K. No Other option
