My feeling is that in the future you will ask another (maybe even many) question and ask people to star them. That is my prediction.
Yes. I've read a couple of different explainations behind the experience. Spiritualist/Psychic Sylvia Browne tells us that it's because we have already desigend a map of our lives on the other side. The deja-vu just let's us know we're on the right path. I'm going to go with the more scientific explaination which is that our minds work faster than our body which allows us to visualize what is about to happen before it actually happens.
I have, several times throughout my life. I've had a few instances of realizing that something I had "just now" experienced, played out before, that I had strangely seen it before. It makes you pause, that is for sure.
A different type happened while I was driving and a large animal passed in front of my car, from seemingly out of nowhere, startling me because I "knew" that was about to happen.
