Age of the prophets. All the prophets deserve face time in your paper because they represented God to His people.
The birth of Jesus really doesn't belong as as I am not certain how you will flesh out Messianic Anticipation. Instead, put the resurrection of Jesus as that is far more important than His birth. I say this because what really happened at His birth...not much...which is why the Gospels mention it only to prove His being the Jewish Messiah.
He death, burial, and resurrection is the important thing because as Ro 6 explains, as Jesus died and was raised, so we are raised to walk as new creations. This is a huge concept.
Don't forget Joel 2 as this is who Peter quotes in Acts 2...not Isaiah as we do at Christmas. It is this pouring out of the HS which makes the new covenant...not testament. Jesus speaks extensively about this in Jn 14-16 signaling how important it was.
To know just how important, read Hebrews 7 to 10.
Heb 7: ***1This Melchizedek was king of Salem and priest of God Most High. He met Abraham returning from the defeat of the kings and blessed him, 2 and Abraham gave him a tenth of everything. First, the name Melchizedek means “king of righteousness”; then also, “king of Salem” means “king of peace.” 3 Without father or mother, without genealogy, without beginning of days or end of life, resembling the Son of God, he remains a priest forever.
4 Just think how great he was: Even the patriarch Abraham gave him a tenth of the plunder! 5 Now the law requires the descendants of Levi who become priests to collect a tenth from the people —that is, from their fellow Israelites—even though they also are descended from Abraham. 6 This man, however, did not trace his descent from Levi, yet he collected a tenth from Abraham and blessed him who had the promises. 7 And without doubt the lesser is blessed by the greater. 8 In the one case, the tenth is collected by people who die; but in the other case, by him who is declared to be living. 9 One might even say that Levi, who collects the tenth, paid the tenth through Abraham, 10 because when Melchizedek met Abraham, Levi was still in the body of his ancestor.***
This leads to
"The High Priest of a New Covenant" in chapter 8
Chapter 10: ***19 Therefore, brothers and sisters, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, 20 by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, his body, 21 and since we have a great priest over the house of God, 22 let us draw near to God with a sincere heart and with the full assurance that faith brings, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water. 23 Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. 24 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, 25 not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another —and all the more as you see the Day approaching. ***
You need to see that with the death of Jesus, the OT ended. At the resurrection, the New Covenant complete with a different priesthood, High Priest, and sacrifice starts. The purpose of the gospels was to prove Jesus as the Jewish Messiah and the training of the disciples. Acts demonstrates the change in the disciples that the HS made in them and makes in us.
Hope this helps
You've got a good start, simply follow the instructions as written.
Where do you find a record of all of the above?
It's in the Holy Bible, of course.
Since you only need the most important facts, check out a
volume of Bible Stories for Children at your local library.
There are many versions. I just finished a great one but
I don't find it listed online. It's something like Haliburtons Bible Stories.
Maybe the one referenced below or similar could help.
Simply follow the outline, pick out a fact or two on each topic, write about the same amount about each. That's what it tells you to do basically. Hopefully you're already familiar with most of them. If not, you've got a lot of catch up to do.
write about the main message god is trying to send to his ppl from each book.
There are no gods, and there are no 'god-people'.
