I would suggest a lot of earth tones like greens and tan/beige. It leads well into fall but still maintains some of the nice rich summertime colors.

Celery Sage green & champagne. Our friend had these two colors at her wedding and they were very elegant and sophisticated. The flowers were creams and celery greens and the bride wore a chamgpagne colored sash with a broach on her gown. "Stunning"

Of course another alternative is the famous "tiffany" teal blue and white. All of your party favors could be white jordan almonds wrapped up tied with a white ribbon. Or teal colored votives everywhere.

I'm a huge fan of fall colors. In fact, I am getting married next month just so I could use fall colors. :)

I struggled with a choice of colour to begin with but went for a gut instinct of Lilac and Cream. Was lovely.

Sept is a warm colour season, gold, browns, reds, oranges. I can picture Golden satin bridesmaid gowns right now!

you could think about autumn colors such as brown (aka "chocolate" these days), orange, red etc

Something classy.......like purple with pink polka dots
