@ Rick the TÜV Technischer Überwachungsverein is only responsible for the controll of the cars trucks etc the driving license is not done by the TÜV that is another place

Question 2) Take a driver's course, once you've completed the course you take a 'Fürherschein Prüfung' (driver's exam) which consists of a written and practical exam. These two exams are done by TÜV (Technischer Überwachungsverein -Technical Inspection Association).
Question 3) They have lots of money they don't have lots of money. Today one doesn't exactly see it. Today everyone wears what they want. I find that good. That is democratic.
