You'd have to get the same value for f(x) at both points where f(x) changes, so
c^3 + (π/2)^3 = c cos (π/2)
and cos π/2 = 0 so c^3 + (π/2) ^ 3 = 0
making c^3 = -(π/2)^3
and c = - π/2 IMO anyway see if that's right
