I was just watching a DVD of Gomer Pyle, USMC. My hands ached from frequent and frantic pressing of the “Back” button on the remote control so I could savor each scene over and over until I had every word of dialog and nuanced gesture of Jim Nabor’s incredibly moving portrayal of the bumkinesque Gomer burned deeply into my mind and my heart. The hours, perhaps days, are now inconsequential in meaning to me as I my only reason for living has become to remain fixated on the glowing images of Jim/Gomer. Food, sex, breathing and life itself seem increasingly insignificant as I watch the man I have loved for dimensionless time beyond comprehension of mere years in the role he had made famous. After all these years, he is still the motivating power and interstellar glue that keeps my universe in tact. As far as I am concerned he is no ordinary mortal, but a precious gift to the entire human race and always will be.

When I finally meet this man in real life, the first thing I will say to him is: (simply but with circumspect and breathless awe) "Hey, Gome." And I will meet him .....I know this because, …wait …I …he…

I was just watching a DVD of the Jerry Seinfeld show . My hands sweat and my heart goes into atrial fibrillation as I watched the man I have loved for 5 years in the role he had made famous. After all these years, he is still totally oblivious to my existence. As far as I am concerned he is he is still the sexiest man alive and always will be.

When I finally meet this man in real life, the first thing I will say to him is:"Are you gay like me... And I will meet him .....I know this because, Kramer told me years ago.

After these years, he is still f*ed up beyond belief. As far as I am concerned he is a tool and always will be. When I finally meet this man in real life,the first thing I will say to him is "you are a feckin idiot". And I will meet him, I know this because I am fabulously wealthy and beautiful. After all these years, he is still just as zany as ever. As far as I am concerned he is pure genius and always will be. He's sexy 'cause of his brain and sense of humor; plus you've seen what he can do with his face, right? When I finally meet this man in real life, the first thing I will say to him is:"I'll divorce my husby if you lay off the drugs and entertain me for the rest of my life"... And I will meet him .....I know this because, he can't be crazier than any of the friends I already have, and I want to sooooo much. Okay.Okay. So I'm a dreamer whose glass is half full. But, hey!!!
