This is a peculiar-looking problem. It would have made more sense if it had been:
2t³-t²+2t-1
In which case, group it:
(2t³ - t²) + (2t - 1)
Factor out the common factor:
t² (2t - 1) + (2t - 1)
Use the distributive property:
(2t - 1) (t² + 1)
But this looks like me making up my own problem.
