I have a Compaq Presario and I can get it to start, this screen keeps me in a continuous loop, with no resolution. Does anyone know how to solve this problem and get my desktop Pc up and running again?

By pressing F2 I’m lead to a screen that gives me the option of a safe mode, Safe mode with networking, Safe mode with command prompt, and one that says Last good configuration, and Start windows normally….

No matter what I choose I’m lead back to this same screen….
