With 12 attacks on U.S. Embassies and Consulates during the Bush years, does that make Bush the weakest President of all times?
Also, where was all that right wing outrage while this was happening when Bush was President?

Donal Rumsfeld is just trying to run away from his lackluster record and get a new career as a pundit by weighing in on stuff like this, mostly just telling Fox news types exactly what they want to hear (much like Karl Rove, Dick Cheney, John Bolton, etc). Regardless of how strong we are perceived, American interests have been targeted by terrorists in every presidency of the last 40 years (with the possible exception of George HW Bush's 4 years, can't recall any around then).
Sophie: Carter decided to use the military to free the hostages in Iran (a Delta Force operation which failed due to poor planning on the military's part), what did Reagan do? He gave Iran missiles in exchange for hostages...I guess thats demonstrating strength. Also, the Marine Barracks in Beirut was attacked under Reagan, was that because of our perceived strength?
If I weren't sure you were a shiII Corinne I would suggest you do some research on Bush Snr's devious involvement in the Iranian hostage crisis.
Libya was a similar psy-op to discredit the Dems before an election.
Ambassador Stephens was just collateral damage.
Neo Con Zi0nists are a murderous bunch.
No shortage of evidence there.
.
I think Rumsfeld is probably the most dishonest person to ever serve on a presidential cabinet. Cheney was second. There were no complaints about Bush coming from Republicans.
Oh Fvck Him. He is dishonored. He is a criminal. He caused all these perpetual wars to continue.
You are right. The only people who see Pres Obama as being weak are the Neo-Cons pulling the strings to make Romney puppet work. He is seen as a strong American leader and a fair-minded one. People get killed in conflicts amid revolutions. It was just one of those things. Think of the 100,000 Iraqis who died because the U.S. invaded that country.
Was it weak to intervene in Libya at all ? Where do they get this nonsense ?
MAXWELL: The U.S. does not have troops in Libya. The transitional government is in charge. Blame them. Pres Obama is not in charge of embassy security. That is a stupid argument.
Really?? You're going to listen to Donald Rumsfeld?? The most incompetent Cabinet Secretary we've had in 30 years?
Donald Rumsfeld is a crackhead.
We had far more attacks during the Clinton administration. Difference is during the Bush years we were fighting back. Not like today where the current administration rushes money to our enemies.
Perceived nothing....obviously the US was weak in Benghazi. As evidence by the fact that the terrorists have totally gotten away with murder.
