I’m trying out for a dance group, and they are looking for people with a 20% + Flexibility.
I can reach my leg up to my hip (my foot will be over the hip).
I used to do ballet till I got to 2nd grade, but I can’t split anymore ( I can do it halfway though).
And.. Any tips to improve flexibility?
