Does £12,385,000 Really Buy You Five SPL Titles And Four Scottish Cups?

"Cheats" say the Tims. "You only won them because you cheated the tax man", bleat the Tims.

Funnily enough, I can't recall any £35 million pound players, can you? The fact is, the difference between the spending of Rangers and Celtic was £12,385,000 over the course of that whole period.(The EBT years)

This is a pitiful amount over ten years when you consider the same amount could be spent by one team during a single close season.

Update:

@Jamie, Rangers had that money anyway, remember Nine In A Row? Remember being in the Champions League year in, year out? There's a few quid to be made in that, I'm led to believe...

Update 3:

And for those who missed it, I shall ask the question again: If Rangers EBT's were such an advantage for Rangers, why didn't Rangers win the League ten times in a row?

Update 5:

I'm just wondering, if we put Kirk Broadfoot on a duel contract and an EBT, and then triple his wages, would this make him a better player? (because it's all about the contracts)
