I honestly don't know what this has got to do with anything. The overall spend is not the bone of contention here and never was, why are you even bringing it into this?
It is to do with undisclosed/2nd contracts and with wages and the fact you were not paying the full levels of tax and hence being able to pay players at higher rates, to entice them to your club.
