Yes. Déja vus happen when your subconscious brain gets the information (for example A-B-C) before your conscious brain does. So when your subconscious brain sees A-B-C, your conscious brain is delayed a little bit and only sees A and B. Right in the moment that it sees the C, your subconscious has already had that C information before, so your conscious one is like ''What the hell? Didn't I already experience that (C) before...?''
