that's technically not a differential equation, but you could make it into one by writing
dy/dx = ln^-1 ln ln x, find y(x)
As for the value of the integral, I'm all but certain it doesn't exist in terms of elementary functions, but my interest is piqued, so I think I'll do a little research and make sure.
