Alright, I know that this is a pointless question, but… I’m a very emotional person, and I just need to know that there are people out there who feel the same as me, in regards to the winner.
I mean, I am glad that Sabra won, she was one of my favorites from the beginning, and while Danny was my second man (I loved Dominic) I still wanted him to win… Oh, this is meaningless, isn’t it? Sabra so deserved to win, I’m just doing this to vent my own disappointment… Sorry. But, if you want, you could do the same here. It would make me feel better to know I’m not completely alone…

Update:Oh, my goodness. I feel so much better after reading all of your answers, they helped me to get over my sadness brought on by my stupid ability to ‘really’ get into television… Darn.
Anyway, on to pointless responses.

i was glad he came second! i was so scared he would come 4th or 3rd... hes amazing! but so is sabra they were my fave 2 so whichever way it went im glad they were at the top!
my gosh! dominic was my original MAN! i cried when he left he was just great... funny a great dancer, and he improved SOOOO much! he should have gone further in the competition! but danny is my second man as well ;) gosh i love when he spins... its AMAZING! you can totally tell travis and them are brothers... two talented dancers (not too mention cute) hahaha!
Ok, i was happy when sabra won 2. but i liked Danny better. danny and sabra were my favorites from the final 10. i wanted either 1 to win. The people of So You Think You Can Dance made Danny dance so many dances because they knew dat he was gonna be out and they made sabra just do 1 or 2 dances. Oh yeah 1 thing i didn't like the most was they didn't even show danny's journey. it was so sad...they just said sabra was the winner and thats it. so angry abt dat.
I wanted Danny to win because I thought that he improved throughout the whole season. But Sabra winning is alright with me, even though I didnt like her as much as I loved Danny. Same here I loved Dominic thought he was the cutest, and a good breakdancer.. But anyways I wished Danny could of won. Since i voted like over 100 times.
I think all the dancers this season were excellent. Initially I loved Lacey and Dominic in the beginning. Then I started to really pay more attention to Danny, he's great, he's so beautiful when he dances. But even though he didn't win, you know this is not the end for him. A lot of people, important people got to see his talent so even though he didn't win the 1/2 mill, this experieince will absolutely pay off for him.
I liked all of the final 4, Neil is great too, but I do think Danny is more defined. I was happy to see Danny, and Sabra as the final 2. I kind of wanted it to be that way. Honestly, I did think Danny was going to win just because of his years of dance experience versus Sabra's but as we were reminded it's not about that, it's about america's "favorite" dancer. I am very happy for Sabra, she did become one of my fav's as I started not to pay too much attention to Lacey as much as in the beginning. I love Sabra she just came out of nowhere and proved how excellent she is. I cried for her, you could tell she was sooooo happy. But it sucks that they ended the show so fast after announcing the winner, I would have liked to see more reaction, from the other contestants, the audience, Sabra herself, the judges. Guess they ran out of time.
I liked Danny and thought he was a very talented and graceful dancer from the beginning. I wanted him to win just to rub it in the faces of the judges who picked on him in the beginning for no reason.
Shane Sparks didn't want him to even be in the competition. Adam Shankman called him arrogant... Why? Because he is an accomplished ballet dancer with the American Ballet Theater? Because he teaches ballet at many schools and studios around that country as a guest teacher? Because he co-owns Movmnt Magazine (movmnt.com)?
It seems like the judges let their own insecurities cloud their judging and the voting followed suit.
I do like Sabra though and am happy for her (forcing a smile).
Think of it this way - he made it all the way to finish second with all that adversity working against him. AND he probably doesn't need the money either. He lives here in NYC in a very expensive, very exclusive building.... I will be a fan for life.

I'm so happy for Sabra - she has the passion and fire and she's only had 4 years of training! She will inspire so many people who are afraid to take up dancing because they feel that they are too "old" to get started.
Now Danny is, without doubt, the BEST (technical) dance on the show - his performances are always on a professional level, and he excels in every genre.
But do remember that the title was for America's FAVORITE dancer, and not best dancer - if it was america's best dancer, Danny would have won, in my opinion, hands down.
Being America's "fav" dancer, many other factors such as personality, ability to connect and touch the hearts of the audience through performance, etc, is also taken into account - I think Sabra won because she was able to connect with America better than Danny.
Not to worry though, Danny will have such a bright future - he's so talented!
I wanted Danny to win but I think the fix was in when Nigel said he thought a girl should win. Danny will still get a good job out of this . He is very talented. Sabra was also good. I was scared for her when she was in the bottom 2 . I didn't want her to go but I still wanted Danny to win. I was sad for Danny but Sabra was my # 2.
Sure Danny was the best technical dancer. He could do the most flips and spins and leaps, however, Sabra was the most well rounded dancer. She was phenomenal, especially since she's only been dancing for four years. I danced for twice as long as that and I wasn't as good as her. You can tell she puts her heart and soul into dance. That's what it's all about, not just being the best leaper or turner. I'm glad Sabra won.
I think Danny was awesome, but nobody compared to Sabra. With shows like this its soo easy to like EVERYBODY (or at least a small group), so I think that you would will feel that little bit of disappointment no matter who won. If Danny would have won, you would be asking yourself if Sabra should have. They were both great, and I liked Neil too.... This was great season!
I wanted Sabra to win, and I think she deserved it. But, honestly I would have been happy for Danny to win it too. He was amazing also. Don't worry too much about it, you know Danny will be amazingly successful even without winning the show.
YES! I AM SOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED THAT DANNY DID NOT WIN -- HE WAS FLAWLESS IN HIS DANCING! My husband was equally disappointed and claims he'll never watch the show again even though he enjoyed it immensely the whole season -- except for the last 5 minutes !!!!
My daughter hates whenever I say things like they had to have a girl win this year to keep the interest level going.
Danny was an 11 out of 10 -- I could watch him forever !
Sabra is adorable and a burst of energy, but only a 9 out of 10 in my book. My favorite girl actually was Sara -- she was great in every dance number, especially since she started out with no experience other than being a "B" Girl. She was a 9.5 out of 10.
