In many Spanish-speaking countries, 15-old girls celebrate their birthday in a special way, almost as a rite of passage. There are many Hispanic or Latino people in USA. How do they call this special birthday in English, or they call it "cumpleaños de quince" in Spanish?
Update:Example: Would I say I have a 15 today? I mean when in Spanish we say TENGO UN CUMPLEAÑOS DE QUINCE HOY?

Usually they say their "15" or they say "quinceñera"
