Trump has several options but since the Wall is just a complete scam it doesn't matter. The "Wall" is a convenient distraction from the Mueller investigation into the Trump-Russian scandal. The only thing keeping Trump from going to prison is his gullible supporters who will believe anything.
As long as the Republicans get their 35% tax breaks they will never stop Trump from conspiring with hostile foreign governments like Russia and Saudi Arabia. They sold out their country and worship at the altar of Goldman Sachs.
However, facts don't lie. Trump is demanding billions more and threatens to shut down the government if he doesn't get five additional billions added to the billions that Congress has already given him. Trump hasn't even used the money he was given. Trump isn't spending it on the wall, they are just repairing the fence. So where is all that wall money going --no one knows.
