I hate Satan, yes. Hate is not always a sin. I also hate sin, especially my own sin. I hate abuse. I hate murder. I hate lying. I hate adultery. I hate idolatry. I hate sexual depravity. I hate coveting.
We shouldn't get too chummy with him, considering that he "kept not his first estate" and thus never received its bequest of divine traits like love, friendship, mercy, etc.
Liking or hating something, or somebody, is a feeling, and feelings are beyond our control. Our actions are what we are responsible for, and we are to rebel and fight against the Fallen kingdom's influence. We are not required to like or hate him, only what he stands for.
