It went
“my Grand-daughter previous job had 40 hours guaranteed a week at $23/hour to literally sit on the couch and do NOTHING
And YOU only pay $18/hour and you make her move around and watch your kid?!
You need to guarantee more hours and UP YOUR RATE

Of course, ha ha ha.
You ignore. The girl took the job knowing the pay and the deal.
I would not comply. I would also tell the grandmother (if I heard from her after that), never to call my number again because it's none of her business. I'd also terminate the granddaughter, who must have expressed her displeasure at the generous rate she'd been earning previously.
Tell grandma that she can feel free to help her "precious snowflake" find a new job.
No. Screaming anything means that home is unstable. Get your kid out.
Of course not. I would get another babysitter it maybe they had nothing to do with the demand but who wants to involve her grandmother concerning your babysitting,
I'd block her number and ignore her call.
$18 an hour? For one kid? I'd be looking for someone cheaper, heck staying home and watching the kid yourself is cheaper for most people. Anyway though yeah I'd be ignoring the grandmother. Well unless I thught the employee was responsible for the call, then I'd look for a new child sitter.
Ignore the grandmother. Her grand-daughter should be extremely embarrassed that her grandmother called and screamed at her employer. If she wants a raise she needs to put on her big-girl pants and ask directly. If her previous job was so great why did she leave? That's an obscene amount of money for watching one child.
Politely tell her "kiss me where the sun don't shine."
