Instead I REFUSE to turn these guys in. I refuse to wreck their careers. I refuse to embarrass them in front of their family members 

I am NOT a child so even if they THINK I’m underage and ... I guess technically if they solicited me while thinking I was 13 years old 

In the eyes of the law it’s the state vs the defendant (if it can be proven with probable cause) 

I guess that means technically by knowing they committed that crime on me and not turning them in, I am tampering with evidence of a crime scene , though very very hard to prove and likely by me not turning them in ? There will be insufficient evidence for the state to get involved right ?
