The first word means: hungry. Also can mean hunger but you should add a word to 饥饿,

The second word means: tired.

The third word means: give, Also can serve as noun, but you should add a word to 送礼.

example:

因为我今天没有吃早餐，我现在很饿。

Since I haven't had brestfast, I am very hungry now

我三天没睡了，所以我现在很累。

I haven't sleep for three days, so I am very tired now.

我妈妈在我生日的时候送了一张卡给我。

My mother give me a card on my birthday.
