I am 17 years old. I got a speeding ticket in May 2017 for going 22 mph above the speed limit in Ogle County, IL. I was placed on a 12 month court supervision and I had to complete traffic school. Now today on November 6, 2017, I got speeding ticket for going 25 mph above the speed limit in Cook County, IL. What can I do to avoid my drivers license getting suspended.

Does not sound right. You did not learn and may just loose your license.
more likely jail. fine, and ban
Not going to happen. Your drivers license is issued by the state, not by the county. So every county will see all tickets issued to you. So, Cook county is going to give you a fine based on a second offense and Ogle county will probably revoke your court supervision since you violated a condition of that supervision by getting another ticket. If you were my kid you would watch me run your drivers license through a shredder...
