if you want to be thin go to gym atleast 3 to 4 hours a day,,dont eat??????dont ever do that my dear,,its not good for you,,you have to be on balance diet,,eat atleast 1 cup of rice a day or if not just keep eating steam sweet potatoe,,,eat fruits good for you it cant make u fat,,and dont sleep to much,,ok? good luck

I know many people that eat very late at night with no weight gain. You body's calorie consumption works on a 36 hour cycle not really a 24 hour one. So it's fine to eat late as long as you don't overeat before or after you sleep.
Don't think that you can stuff yourself all day then eat lightly and go to bed and lose weight. Try to watch what you eat all day and save one item for before you go to bed. It could be fruit, or even part of a meal. Just don't let you total calorie consumption get too high.
it doesn't matter what time you eat something or not. what matters is what you're eating throughout the day. an oversimplification of weightloss is burning more calories than you take in. so watch what you eat through out the day (a healthy balance of protein,carbs,dairy,fruit,fat) and then after a certain time if you don't want to eat hydrate yourself with water. and remember to exercise on top of it because you wont lose anything if you dont burn calories. good luck and dont starve yourself- that's the worst thing you can do.
