It's just a no breed domestic with Tortie Point coat - no breed or mix like over 97% of cats. Shame on you for letting it roam unaltered and letting it get pregnant. Why? So you could lie and call the kittens "Siamese mixes"?
She is a seal-tortie pointed domestic shorthair. She is cute but she is NOT a Siamese at all.
The "pointed" gene is in the general cat population. Just because a cat looks like the Siamese with color on ears, face, paws and tail, doesn't make it a Siamese cat or even have any kind of Siamese in the background.
You are correct - she is a domestic shorthair mix. She may or may not have a purebred Siamese in her background but its possible. I would not call her a Siamese not knowing her parents. BTW the pointed gene is recessive - meaning the parents have to carry the pointed gene or be pointed.

I would call her a Siamese mix. Siamese crossed with regular domestic cat. Her color is "tortie point".
