One person was drunk and was in someway involved in an accident. The person was not at the scene when police arrived ... later that day individual wss arrested and made statements about an accident ...person was drunk...originally arrested for being drunk....and marandised prior to any knowledge of any accident .... drunk person at the police station made comments about the accident...later that person got the tickets delivered to the station she was held at and given tickets from the accident....can the officers at the other police station testify to any statement she made....Is miranda blanket to any crime or to specific arrest?

Not only can a statement made to a different jurisdiction be used against you, THIS QUESTION can be used against you in ANY jurisdiction. The only statement that CAN'T be used against you in court is statements made to law enforcement while under arrest before you are advised of your rights. Even then, spontaneous statements made when not being questioned can be used against you.
