f(x) = (x^3 + 3x + 2)^4 ----> f '(x) = 4(3x^2 + 3)*(x^3 + 3x + 2)^3
f '(3) = 4*(3*3^2 + 3)*(3^3 + 3*3 + 2)^3

f(x) = (3x + 2)^-1 ----> f '(x) = -1*3*(3x + 2)^-2
f '(2) = -3*(3*2 + 2)^-2
