1. Hispanic is not a race. It is an ethnic group. There are caucasian people who's ancestors are mostly european. there are Hispanics who are damn near 100% descended from africans. Most are usually a mix of the two and/or native american to one degree or another. Hispanic really just means that you or your ancestors come from a country in this hemisphere that was once ruled by spanish speaking people and share similar cultural traits. Sammy Sosa and Christine Aguilera would not pass for the same race based on visual.
2. The fact that most are mixed make it more of a personal choice whether one wishes to be considered interracial. Some hispanics identify as "black", "white" etc as well as hispanic.
i think so, africans(blacks) have been slaves for many years and been taking by many different countries so u see blacks just about anywhere these days because so many countries had african slaves, these are all the countries that i know of that had african slaves, england, france, portugal, holland(the dutch) spain, and if u saw the movie amistad the african slaves were introduced in cuba, there are blacks in cuba but i dont if the black cubans asscociate or date they lighter skinned cubans but i have seen alot of puerto rican and black couples and kids.
Are blacks and hispanics considered interracial dating i do not know it all depends on the people and who u ask and their opion but out all the hispanics that or more likley to date a black are puerto ricans.
