Your question makes no sense. If you don't understand what existence is you shouldn't be asking anyone to explain it. Existence - the fact or state of living or having objective reality.
That's pretty accurate.
Nobody can fully explain the beginning, nobody knows for sure if there was or wasn't a beginning (in reference to ALL existence, in and out of our mere little universe). Nobody knows for sure if there will be a complete and total ending or not. Nobody can fully explain the how and why of the entirety of ALL.
LOTS and LOTS of people on earth "believe" they can explain all this ..... including deluded religious people and crazy atheists.
A mathematician attempted to explain it by saying that nothingness is unstable.
I can look at the biological evidence and conclude that it offers a credible explanation for existence - that's good enough for me.
Of course I can't explain existence.
Why should I have to explain existence. Only insecure theists need it explained.
