NO - They need to leave them alone. In fact the whole illegal Marijuana thing is stupid and to much control by the government. It's not in the Constitution that Feds have the right to control substances, it's illegal for them to make such laws.

It's in the same vein as the Feds thinking they can make legislation to control and administer health care, it's not Constitutional.

It's a waste to spend money on something so frivolous. Marijuana is less dangerous than alcohol.
