I've read about it here http://www.eveningtimes.co.uk/sport/frank-mcavenni...
And also here (brilliant article) http://www.theawayend.net/articles/opinion/1184-ca...
Update:@Kaffo, it wasn't a conclusion, it was a genuine question, the two were unrelated but the original story must have come from somewhere and I was trying to find out if anyone knew about it)

I'm inclined to think all this maybe a good thing. Look how well we have done as clubs or a nation, with the way things were. For all these Sky deals and Rangers in the league, everything was and has been shite for donkeys years.
Maybe it is time that Scottish Football came crashing down all around us and started again from scratch. Instead we try desperately to cling on to some out dated model and some be all and end all TV deal...what good has all this done us to now, a struggling league when it comes to Europe and a League where just about every team also struggles just to survive financially.
Maybe it would be a great idea to go back to blooding more youngsters and home grown talent, rather than buying mediocre foreign talent for inflated prices.
"Sky have not officially said either way yet regarding what they would do if Rangers were not in SPL for one or more years" - this quote is from your second article. Your first article is the opinion of an ex-Celtic player.
Quite the conclusion you have reached there.
it will be a massive pr blunder if they do m8 sky are a worldwide brand they cant be seen to be effectively destroying scottish football. they may be flexing their muscles over the issue but i cant for the life of me see them carrying it through
at least that is something you wont have to worry about for a while
