It seems they don't know much about Christian faith - and mix it with teachings from hindu/buddhist religions.
This is mostly what new age false teachers do - mixing elements from many religions, to appear to bring something new, and trying to fool people by pretending to be Christian by using some Christian words and teachings (angel, Holy Spirit, Christ, etc), but in a different pagan sense.
Coming from a Christian background, I didn't always believe in reincarnation, but I came to accepted as true, later in my life, after studying various Eastern faiths. The Bible doesn't address the possibility of reincarnation, directly, but it doesn't deny it either. It's not common, but there are sources of information that provide examples in the Bible that suggest that reincarnation is more of a possibility than, not.
Traditionally, in the East, advanced spiritual masters are said to recall their past lives once they achieve a certain level of spiritual awareness. It has been said that Jesus came to the earth directly from the Celestial Realm, and had no previous life times to speak of. Some are of the belief that Matthew 17, where Jesus claims that Elijah has come back as John the Baptist, is evidence of reincarnation in the Bible.
However, others explain that such references do not mean to imply a literal reincarnation into another physical form, but more of being born out of the "spirit" constituted by the example of a previous prophet or mystical figure. This is more likely to imply what is meant by 'resurrection', by which the spirit prevails beyond the physical vessel.
According to Eastern beliefs, "resurrection" can be accepted as their concept of reincarnation, as life is not limited to the bounds of "physical appearances". Since the concept is not widely accepted in Western cultures, being more materialistic and mechanistic in our thinking, we do not usually understand the subject from the elaborate systems devised in the East to explain such phenomena.
God’s answers can be easily identified when we allow the Bible to interpret itself.
For example, at Genesis 3:19, we find God’s words to Adam after Adam and Eve disobeyed him.
God said: “In the sweat of your face you will eat bread until you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken. For dust you are and to dust you will return.” Adam was created from the dust.
At death, he returned to the dust. That was God’s clear statement on the matter. So at death a person is not reborn as someone else but ceases to exist.
Just as heat and cold, dry and wet, light and dark are opposites, death is the opposite of life.
The dead are really dead! Isn’t that simple and logical?
Reincarnation is a lie. So on that issue, they believe something that isn't true, and they reject the Bible on that issue. Which is of course not a good decision.

Good question.

No, there are not, because anyone who believes in such trash is denying the teaching of Jesus Christ, and is therefore not Christian.
The Christian religion until about 555 AD preached reincarnation. How do you reconcile the facilitation of the church!

Many Christians are very..."loose" in their faith.
These Christians do not devoutly believe and follow all relevant Biblical teachings
but, rather
believe and follow those teachings that they believe that they are expected to follow
and otherwise pretty much believe in anything they want
(not knowing or caring if the Bible contradicts or prohibits such belief).
So: there are Christians who believe
- in reincarnation
- in astrology
- in karma
- in divination of all sorts
- in multiple deities
etc. etc.

A person can battle false teachings and beliefs using the rosary and fasting. Upon dying, a person goes to either heaven, hell or purgatory.
