I would say it depends on whether or not you are single/have kids. I am single and choose apartment living over a house because the property is responsible for the maintenance of the apartment, plus I don't need much room. With a house you would have to pay for all of the maintenance, and that can run thousands of dollars.
If are married a house would be better because you have another source of income to help out with expenses, plus more room.
House. because you own it and real estate goes up in value over time. Plus there is the tax write off. If an emergency arises you have the option of getting an equity loan on the house.
A home is usually larger than an apartment. You will never get evicted because the owners have decided to sell.
You can build on. You can add buildings on the lot or cut down trees or bushes you don't like.
The cost to live there, unlike rent, will never go up (unless you refinance but that's your choice).
Rules shouldn't change. Unless you are in a strict home owners group.
it easily relies upon on the domicile and on the flats. The lease for many flats is greater suitable than for a house. that's because of the fact the flats are new, they have wood flooring and granite counters, they have a well-being middle, they have a pool, they could be gated, etc. There are regularly many ammenities like this that flatter condominium dwelling. once you lease a house, except it particularly is a super incredible domicile, you're basically renting a house. No centers, no protection, the domicile could be somewhat older and in want of small maintenance working example. i think you may desire to constantly stay in an dumpy condominium without ammenities and occasional-priced lease, yet then you would be in close proximity to meth addicts and hookers. i could somewhat be in a dumpy domicile than a dumpy condominium.
I would hate living in an apartment with someone liveing above me or with me living above someone else or the fact that someone could be on the other side of the wall listening to you

I prefer the house,I don't like living in an apartment.
Considering that all expenses would be the same, I would prefer a house because no one is on the other side of the wall, (more privacy)
Don't do either.
Buy a house, the mortgage will be cheaper, then rent a room out and this will cover your mortgage.
You will save money and live for free basically.
House who likes having to live next to people separated by a 2ft wall.
