I know some who have spiritual experiences. I know some who have none and just go to church with family.
Update:Spiritual experience like having visions, hearing God, feeling his presence, him working within you etc.

Many of us a Christian only through tradition. God is there for us. Some of us just don't reach out to him.
They're not receptive to them. Some people can't handle that kind of experiences.
There are brain differences involved. Some people have a more active temporal lobe. Of course that strongly suggests that spiritual experiences start in the brain, not with a god.
ALL Christians have 'spiritual experiences.' In fact, all humans do, since we would literally die without this form of 'food,' (Matthew 4:4).
GOD literally keeps us alive using this 'spiritual food' whether we take it for granted or consciously acknowledge it. That is really the only difference between humans; the degree to which we involve our conscious mind.
I am a Christian 'mystic,' which just means that I have most or all of my 'experiences' using my conscious mind rather than just having them subconsciously or unconsciously. This offers me some advantages that others do not have, but it is also a greater responsibility for which I will be held to a higher standard of judgment, (Luke 12:48b).
Not every Christian wishes to take on this mantle of responsibility and we are actually warned against it:
"Let not many of you become teachers, my brethren, knowing that as such we will incur a stricter judgment." (James 3:1).
My actual range of 'spiritual experiences' isn't greater or higher than any other Christian. The ONLY difference is the involvement of my conscious mind and then my enhanced responsibility to share GOD's wisdom or messages with others on this same level.
How can this GOD speak to some people and not with others, it doesnt make any sense.
They were never "baptized into One Spirit" (I Corinthians 12:13)!
Today's Christians don't even realize it is JESUS Who "chooses and ordains us" (John 15:16)
When "He baptizes us with the Holy Ghost" (John 1:33; Acts 1:5)
Who gives (((POWER))) (Acts 1:8) "to become the sons of GOD" (John 1:12-13).
Consequently, they have never been "baptized into One Spirit" (I Corinthians 12:13)
To receive His (((POWER))) (Acts 1:5;8)
With (((PROOF))) of "Spiritual gifts" (I Corinthians 12:7-10) and "Signs following" (Mark 16:17-18) to ((("CONFIRM))) that the LORD is working with them" (Mark 16:20)
And therefore remain "DEAD spirits" (Romans 5:12-14; I Corinthians 15:21-22)
Who haven't been "QUICKENED" (I Corinthians 15:45) "back to life" (Ephesians 2:1)
From their "DEAD spirits" to be "born again of the spirit" (John 3:5-7) and
"the DEAD knows nothing at all" (Ecclesiastes 9:5).
What's left but to FAKE IT in blind faith when you haven't "joined to His Spirit" (I Corinthians 6:17) and will never receive Spiritual experiences because they remain DEAD?
"GOD is not the GOD of the DEAD" (Mark 12:27)!
"They worship they know not what" (John 4:22)!
THEY ARE DEAD!
Perhaps you should define what you consider to be spiritual experiences.
I think it may be down to something called LSD but not too sure
