Not only is he demanding this money for "unlawful detention" he is also demanding a bigger house despite the fact his present house has 5 bedrooms. Is it not time that the government just bundled him on a plane to Jordan and damn the consequences. Who actually cares about the ECHR when the tax payer is having to fund him and his family with benefits?.

It's about time Politicians in the UK actually grew a pair, told the EHCR to get stretched and dragged the UK judiciary into the real World.
All it takes is for Cameron to make a couple of quick phone calls - one to Hereford for the snatch squad and one to Northolt to have the transport standing by. Problem solved, the humanitarians can scream as much as they like and the EHCR can slap the fine on.
I'm sure there's more than enough people in the UK willing to hand over a quid apiece to pay the fine just to see the back of Qatada.
It was only a question of time, before the Legal Beagles saw another opening to make even more millions. After all Mau Mau are also screaming for for our Taxpayers money. It has become a "roundabout" to squeeze us for all its worth.
This vermin should never have been allowed to stay in this country in the first place, having arrived on a Forged Passport. You do have to remember we have had at least six or seven Home Secretaries since than. This alone should gives you an indication of the gutless Politicians we hare breeding in this country. I am not just accusing what we have at present, but also those that sat on their fat a@@@s for 13 years before.
Surely here is a very strong case, of doing what is "Right" for this country and its people and get shot of vermin's like him and his broods.
Educate the compensation elite in the Legal system, that there are times when their greediness outshines their true responsibilities.
Hopefully one day we will get it right.
Something is not right about this case - my intuition tells me there is some undercover stuff going on, I am never wrong regarding my intuition and thats a fact.
Dont forget we have had that very, very serious case of the Tory MP all over the media because she signed up to - I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here - when the elderly - children - soldiers - workers are being hammered on a daily basis because of government policy.
So I can not attach myself to these silly, single issue storys when it is the whole manner of how our government functions which should be examined. They dont give a flying kite.
