I have already solved this problem...I know you can make 10 with 2/15 left.
I need to solve this by solving an equation graphically, guess and check, using a table, repeated addition or subtraction. I also need to some how use technology to solve. Any ideas would be great-Thanks!

Spool = 25 ⅓ yards = 76/3 yards
Bow = 2 ½ yards = 5/2 yards
Bows = (76/3) ÷ (5/2)
Bows = (76 × 2)/(3 × 5)
Bows = 152/15
Bows = 10 ⅓
[ Bows = 10 ] + ⅓ yards of ribbon left
Hope this helps
Feel free 2 email me if u have any more questions !!
convert to a common denominator....25 1/3 = 152/6.....and 2 1/2 = 15/6
so, 152/6 = (10 x 15/6 ) + 2/6 ..........= 10 bows + 1/3 yard left
