she has never drunk any alcoholic drink or smoke in life, and she always eat healthy food in home, never in restaurants or fast-food. And she had never any case of throwing up the food in life. But it happened some months ago a digestive crisis, that started with a strong pain in the whole abdomen then it was followed by some vomits and the pain was no stopping the whole week, up to the moment when it ceased without any medicine or antibiotic. During the sickness, the urine got darkened like tea. Then it was passed one month of no pain at all or other symptom, and suddenly the pain started again, more in the region of the liver, but it took the whole abdomen again, and then the vomits and then the pain ceased in one week again, but the urine was also dark during that.
Other month passed without a symptom, but then suddenly it all started again, but in the region of the stomach, and she felt too much acid in there, and the pain was constant like in the other crisis. What can be that?

Could be a gall stone, Ive had them and that sounds like an attack.
It used to feel like i had been belted in the back by a horse (near the liver) and freddy kruger had me under the ribs and was shaking me, like the most atrocious heart burn you could ever experience. i also used to spew a lot, even when there was nothing left to come up. think i used to get pretty dehydrated as well which also leads to "stronger" looking pee. after the attack i would be fine and dandy again. I found that certain foods would trigger me to have an attack. Perhaps a food diary would help?
Although diet and life style play major roles, she may be genetically predisposed to them....
However this is only guess work.... so take her to the doctor, they will know what to do and what tests need to be performed, she is obviously ill so dont put it off any longer!
Hope she feels better soon
OK, I'm no doctor or anything, but my best guess is gastroenteritis.
