I can give things for a cure for anxiety, but it does not work without serious effort for understanding it all. Find someone you want to get to know better, and ask them to help you to interpret these articles, one per week, and a 4th day review for it. Plan time for it, as when you read and discuss, it can be 3 hours, to as much as 6 hours.
