有些計程車目前電話叫車，超過100元的部分才有7折（例：車資120元，20*0.7＝14，14＋100＝114，而非120*0.7＝84），請問要翻成英文怎麼說（希望像中文「滿百以上七折」一樣越簡潔越好）？謝謝！
可以這麼說:

車資超過100元的部份7折
Only the fare that is over NTD$100 will receive a 30% discount.
或
Only the fare that is over NTD$100 will receive 30% off.
這都是車隊的噱頭不是嗎
