what you need to do is negotiate with each of those you owe the money to and make arrangements to pay a regular amount of money to pay them off, this will establish a good policy with them if you maintain the plan
A loan would just be more stupidity. What you need to do is live more frugally. Give up the fanciest phone, and any other useless expenses. It can be done.

Taking a loan to pay it doesn't pay ANYTHING off, just moves your debt around. And where do you think you'd get the 15K loan?
A loan is like shooting yourself in the head so you can breath better. That much more in debt.
