I said I wasn't going to show you how to do this after my complete explanation on your other similar question.
Please reread that explanation, try some of the steps and then if you get stuck, SHOW YOUR WORK so far and ask for someone to help you finish it.
But asking a very similar question again shows you aren't really trying to *learn* this, just to get the work done for you.
Are you able to expand the squared binomial? Try using one of the methods I provided. What do you get? Then all you have to do is subtract 9 from the constant term.
I'm trying to teach you to fish, not just keep feeding you fish. :)
UPDATE:
It seems you asked an almost identical question before this that even has the same squared binomial. I suggest you read those answers again.

(3x+6)² subtracted by 9 =
9 - (3x+6)² =
9 - (9x² + 36x + 36) =
-9x² - 36x - 27.......................ANS
