This is actually a physics question.

Brian Greene, string theorist and author of The Elegant Universe (you can watch all three hours of it online, if you want), had a nice article in the New York Times a few years ago about Einstein's energy-mass equivalence equation, E=mc2. Check it out here. The article is a great popular-level science article about Einstein's equation and what it means for our everyday lives. (And I doubt I could explain it much better than rockstar physicist Brian Greene.) The average person on the street may not know much physics, but I bet you they know E=mc2!

energy convert into mass or mass is converted in to energy

and energy neither created , nor destroyed just it transform into one form in another form,
