Would you accept yourself if you were naturally anxious? I don’t. Should I?

I have not accepted my anxiety. But since I am naturally anxious, I have not accepted myself. I have tried so very hard to change myself mentally, with cognitive psychology. I mean, the results are impressive. Anxiety attacks are very rare!

I am thinking of taking drugs to help with the few anxiety attacks I have… I did blood tests to check my testosterone levels…

So if I am right… I will have Low testosterone levels. My solution? I will take Testosterone tablets, drugs for anxiety.
