...punishable by jail time? (Serious question)
Like, if two girls/women were arguing, and one said "don't f**k with me h**; I ain't afraid to cüt a b****!" could she go to jail for threatening someone's life?
Just curious...
Update:Oh, and in case anyone was wondering, this isn't a personal question; it's purely for "educational" purposes. And I wasn't planning on telling someone that either....ignore the accents too, haha.

I think you'd have a difficult time proving that the person who said that posed a serious threat to another person, so no. If you had a shiv in your hand or a knife that may change things.
You Cant Go To Jail ! Maybe Pressed Charges Cause Of Harassment Or A TRO ! But Its Not A Crime , There For Jail Is Not A Conseqence ! I Said The Exact Same At Someone In My High School , I Got Suspended For Threat ! People Are Stupid Lols Dumb Sku
No. Because "cüt" is not a verb in your language. Therefore, it conveys no threatening intent.
