Yes it’s a weird question but no one knows who I am and I was curious. My mom died when she was 28 in February 2009. She had long hair down to her elbows most of her life other then when she was like 4 in pictures I’ve seen. She started getting her haircut like Velma’s hair in Chicago after she met my step dad like a couple months before she died. I don’t like the thought of her having that haircut forever. Would it grow out back to normal even though she’s dead?
