So my bunny is pregnant and I let her run around my room. And I keep my adult male cat in the room to. But he is pretty lazy and never ate baby kittens when we had them. And sometimes he will lay down with the bunny and cuddle. I think she will have the babies under my bed where her pillow is, and the cat does not go under there much. Will he try and eat the babies when their born.
I cant keep the bunny in a cage because she gets sore hocks easy

He might. Many cats have a strong hunting instinct and the baby bunnies might trigger it. Even if he leaves the adult rabbit alone and does not see her as prey, he might react differently to the babies, they might seem more like mice. I would not leave him with them unsupervised for sure.
Also if the cat is prowling around the room, stalking them, staring at them etc. it might also make the mother rabbit stressed out, which can make them abandon or even harm their own babies -- they sometimes even eat their babies!
It's not worth it to take a chance on either of those things happening. It would probably be best to keep them in separate rooms. Go by how she reacts. If she is seeming totally relaxed you can let him in when you are there and just go by their behaviour. If he starts acting like a predator, or if his presence makes her tense, he has to get out. but just make sure to spend time with him too so he does not feel left out.
Most likely yes... I've heard that cats do eat baby rabbits. I wouldn't take any chances; I'd put the bunny and the cat in separate rooms right now, at this very moment.
If this is a housepet, some first time cat mothers don't know what to do and may do that, but not because the kitten smells like humans. Don't stress the mother cat out. The more fear or distress the cat has about your and the kittens the worse it is for her. Some are ok right off the bat with having them gently handled, but if she objects in any way, leave them alone.
You should keep the cat and the rabbit separate until the babies are born and continue to keep them separate afterwards as well. You may also need to ask whether the mother rabbit will eat the baby rabbits. Some rodents do that.
My mother's cat sometimes brings home baby rabbits that she finds. My two cats eat canned Rabbit meat. Cats are carnivores and most will gladly kill, and sometimes eat, baby bunnies. Keep you cat completely away from them.
Yes - its highly likely the cat will kill the baby bunnies and the mother has no place to build a nest.
Theres always that chance that he might. I think that just to make sure id keep the cat away from the babies.
They need to be kept separate as soon as she starts to build her nest; stress from having a predator around, even a friendly one, could cause her to abandon or even cannibalize her young. Even if that doesn't happen, he might have a predatory drive to hurt or kill them. Why risk it? Keep them separated.
probably not but just to be safe don't leave cats and rabbits in a room together
I think your cat would love to eat some of those.
