How does letting you keep MORE of your own money screw the middle class? the current proposed plans cut taxes for everyone. People are confusing the AMOUNT of money wealthy get back with the size of the cut. The wealthy pay the MOST money so it I make sense that if their taxes are reduced they would get more $$$$ back. Use the following example. If you paid in $10,000 and got a 10% tax cut you would get $1000 back, not if you paid in 1,000,000 and got a 10% tax cut you would get back $100,000. Both parties got 10% tax cuts --- one got $1,000 back and other got $100,000.. so yes the wealthy got more money back..but they paid $990000 more IN!

Because that would draw attention to their real intention to reward their donor class. It's no secret the GOP gets far fewer donations but the ones they get are significantly larger. Campaign reform could change all that and restructure the political fabric to less politicians in the pocket of who own them.
How is that, exactly? Most people work for private businesses and.......most of them want to expand!! Think you can figure out the rest, or did you fail Econ 101!
