Basically almost three years ago , I was in a big accident and i had to get stitches on my head and the doctor needed to shave a patch off hair off my scalp to do so , and it never grew since , I don’t know who to go to or what I need to put on this part of my head for the hair to grow back , may someone help me with this ? It’s horrible.
