For example a women as a human don't have right to study if her husband doesn't let her or she cant go out to work if her husband doesn't let her or she cant determine the location of her living because it is an one-sided right for men in islam .Divorce is an one sided right for men in islam . you know these are the basic rights for any human in international human right organization

Islam just does not match with any Democracy or International Human Rights Organization for the simple fact that they feel Islamic laws and teachings come first.
Some Sharia Laws allow for a Muslim woman to have rights in the marriage but only if she obeys her husband because in Qur'an 4:34 men are allowed to beat their wives if their wives disobey them. The beating must cease if the woman complies with her husband's demands. Beating is also intended to be the last resort, behind verbal abuse and abandonment.
Muslim men are allowed more than one wife. Women no. Men can marry a non-Muslim and try to convert her. Women no. Women in many cases (but not all Muslim families) must cover up. Men can run about in shorts. Go to Saudi Arabia Muslim women are not allowed to drive. Homosexuals in some Islamic countries are put to death, tourtured. Islamic laws just doesn't match with any international human rights organization.

these are cultural and not religious
religion enjoins kindness to the wives, and obligates protecting and maintaing them
Men are the protectors and maintainers of women because Allah has given the one more (strength) than the
other and because they support them from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient and
guard in (the husband's) absence what Allah would have them guard.
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Among the Muslims the most perfect, as regards his faith, is the one whose character is
excellent, and the best among you are those who treat their wives well.
Because the abrahamic god cares nothing about human rights. The christians would have similar laws if they could get away with it.
Please don't write offensive questions here if you don't know about the rights of women in Islam. If a woman can't do some certain thing without the permission of her husband so the husbands can't do it too. Woman in Islam have the right of divorce. It is called Khula.( You can search it on internet)
Islam protects women westerns destroy them. Muslim woman don't face financial problems because her husband or father, brother are responsible of her needs, they feed her and provide all basic needs. Western women have to do all by herself. Why million and millions of American girls become " Unwanted Mothers" every year? Why they are raped brutally? Why teenage girls have 1/2 babies with them? When they have to feed them? They don't even know their children' father.
It is all about societies my dear. Some societies have their own traditions some. Afghani women have less rights than other Muslim women due to their traditions.

O People, just as you regard this month, this day, this city as Sacred, so regard the life and property of every Muslim as a sacred trust. Return the goods entrusted to you to their rightful owners. Hurt no one so that no one may hurt you. Remember that you will indeed meet your Lord, and that He will indeed reckon your deeds. ALLAH has forbidden you to take usury (interest), therefore all interest obligation shall henceforth be waived. Your capital, however, is yours to keep. You will neither inflict nor suffer any inequity. Allah has Judged that there shall be no interest and that all the interest due to Abbas ibn 'Abd'al Muttalib (Prophet's uncle) shall henceforth be waived...
Beware of Satan, for the safety of your religion. He has lost all hope that he will ever be able to lead you astray in big things, so beware of following him in small things.
O People, it is true that you have certain rights with regard to your women, but they also have rights over you. Remember that you have taken them as your wives only under Allah's trust and with His permission. If they abide by your right then to them belongs the right to be fed and clothed in kindness. Do treat your women well and be kind to them for they are your partners and committed helpers. And it is your right that they do not make friends with any one of whom you do not approve, as well as never to be unchaste.
