Update:We do have testimony from the repair man that he gave the computer to the FBI and the New York Post has printed a copy of the subpoena the FBI decided to issue for the computer.
According to the New York Post: Photos of a Delaware federal subpoena given to The Post show that both the computer and hard drive were seized by the FBI in December, after the shop’s owner says he alerted the feds to their existence.

But, for some reason they have and are remaining silent.
The question is "who are they protecting?"
The story is still fresh, and I learn from before on how they try to manipulate people on the right and the left, so I'm going to wait and see. Anyone can say anything right now. I'm not in the mood to get excited about anything to do with this. Why should I care what Giuliani does with it, and I remember something that makes me think the story is false. But rather than call your story mistaken or you a liar, I'd rather wait and see.
