The dangers of the mail out/mail in ballots has been noted and explained by so many, including SloJoe Biden, going back to the 70s. It was always seen as the easiest way to manipulate an election. All of those descriptions are available for you to look up if you're actually interested

What if they are the Russian government doing it? Will the Democrats be against it then? How come a chance to interfere with the election isn't a concern for mail-in ballots, but is a concern with Russia doing it? It doesn't make sense to me.
